The Siddhānta-Kaumudī is a Sanskrit commentary by Bhaṭṭoji Dīkṣita (early 17th century) on Pāṇini’s Aṣṭādhyāyī. It re-arranges the sūtras of Pāṇini in a method that is orderly and designed for teaching. The Vasu English translation is available at: https://archive.org/details/Siddhanta_Kaumudi_English_Translation-SC_Vasu/SiddhantaKaumudiEngTranslationScVasuVolume1-1906/
